When you contact us via WhatsApp, email or our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and plan your proposal.
When you visit our website, standard access logs are recorded by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp). These are stored for up to 7 days for technical and security purposes.
We use only a technical session cookie to remember your cookie preference, and an analytics cookie via Statcounter to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner displayed when you first visit the site.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When you visit, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which may process your IP address. We use Google Fonts because the font files are loaded via a standard CDN. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required for the delivery of your proposal (e.g. sharing your arrival time with our on-site photography team). All contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
